We’re thrilled to announce that Figurehead has been appointed as the builder for Central Park II at 385-387 Wattletree Rd, Malvern East. This project is more than just a construction effort—it marks a continuation of our longstanding collaboration with Roulston, Buxton, and PaxPM, underscoring our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Building on the success of the original Central Park, we’re set to bring this landmark project to new heights. Our team will work hand-in-hand with the design experts to uphold the vision, carefully managing risks and preserving the highest standards of design integrity at every stage. From initial planning through to handover, each aspect will be meticulously planned to provide an exceptional experience for our clients and future residents.

With the expertise of Melbourne’s premier developers and designers, Central Park promises to surpass expectations. This project, set in one of Melbourne’s most prestigious park-front locations, showcases the collaborative excellence of Roulston, Moda, Ewert Leaf, Jack Merlo, Buxton Group, and Salta Capital. Together, we’re poised to deliver another outstanding collection of residences to this coveted part of Melbourne.

Central Park II will add 27 residences to the portfolio of 206 homes we’ve proudly delivered with these partners. We’re honoured to continue this journey and are excited to make Central Park II a defining addition to our shared achievements.

Rethinking the Beach House: Architectural Marina Apartments

The Beach House is loved for providing relaxation, escape, and a place to connect with loved ones and nature–but they can be extravagant and require constant upkeep. This was the experience that inspired Osprey Apartments: a collaboration between Figurehead Construction and Wolveridge Architects.

Two and Three-bedroom coastal apartments with secure parking and storage options, lift access, and maintained gardens offer Osprey residents their own piece of breathtaking architecture and landscape, without personal toll.

An exciting feature of these apartments is the ‘lightwell breezeway’ entrances to each of the boutique apartments. This architectural technique provides crossflow ventilation and access to natural light–as well as a place for shoes and towels, at the same time preserving security.

“We wanted to offer Martha Cove apartments that utilise sophisticated design and construction practices to feel light, bright, and use space better. Quality architecture shouldn’t be reserved for oversized homes only,” says Joe Grasso, Founder and Managing Director of Figurehead Group, developer and builder at Osprey, Martha Cove.

Figurehead are an industry-leading builder with a reputation for delivering award-winning outcomes of exceptional quality, including Martha Cove’s The Moorings, Wheelhouse, and two Boat Storage Facilities for Boatyard by d’Albora.
