Turner Residences is a sophisticated low-rise development that sets a new standard for apartment living in Glen Iris. The project comprises 31 generously sized apartments, each designed to offer the space and privacy of a house with the convenience of apartment living. Designed by Bruce Henderson Architects, the residences feature open-plan layouts, premium finishes, and bespoke details, including Miele appliances, Sub-Zero integrated wine fridges, marble splashbacks, and European oak flooring. The building's exterior combines dark charcoal and concrete with soft timber accents, framed glass balustrades, and aluminium windows, creating a timeless and elegant façade.
Figurehead Construction was appointed to deliver this project, focusing on quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. The construction process involved managing the complexities of a triple-level basement car park and ensuring seamless integration of the building's architectural elements. Despite the challenges, the project was completed within the 16-month timeframe and met the client's expectations for luxury living.
