Designed collaboratively by Carr Design and Demaine Partnership, the development focuses on supporting active lifestyles with thoughtfully designed communal spaces and high-quality finishes.
Figurehead led construction with precise sequencing and coordination, managing basement excavation and integrating residential and communal areas with care. The project showcases our expertise in delivering complex, specialized residential builds on time and to exacting standards.
