St.A 9-11Figurehead were engaged in the St.A project to deliver Stages 6 - 8 in 15 months, one complete month ahead of contract. This led Figurehead to also be award the contract to finish the remaining stages 9 - 11. The St.A townhome development was a project aimed at renewing the suburb of St Albans, acting as a proud showpiece of its potential. It is the first residential development of its kind in the area, featuring architecturally designed town homes, built to the highest standards. At the heart of this masterplanned community is a landscaped central park with a dynamic children’s playground, barbecue shelter and open space. In total, Figurehead delivered 146 townhomes as part of this St. Albans development, reaching completion in December 2022.
