Figurehead delivered Stage 1 of Summerset Cranbourne North, a premium retirement living development for New Zealand’s leading provider. This initial phase includes 35 architecturally designed residences, comprising a mix of single-level villas and two-storey townhouses.

Each home features open-plan living, contemporary kitchens, and private outdoor spaces—all designed with accessibility and resident safety in mind: wide hallways, step-free entries, slip-resistant surfaces, and emergency-ready layouts tailored to the needs of retirees.

Delivered on a fast-tracked program, the project demanded precise sequencing and tight trade coordination, with each residence finished to a consistently high standard. Our approach prioritised buildability, material quality, and program integrity—while ensuring no compromise on detail.

Sustainability was embedded throughout, incorporating energy-efficient design, water-saving fixtures, and the use of locally sourced materials. Shared landscaped pathways enhance connectivity across the site and support a strong sense of community.

Stage 1 was successfully delivered as a foundational phase of the broader Summerset precinct—demonstrating Figurehead’s capability in complex, detail-led residential construction.
