Quartet adds a new architectural note to Bankside, Rowville’s emerging masterplanned community. Designed by Jackson Clements Burrows with landscape by Nathan Burkett, the project brings a calm, ordered language to a setting framed by wetlands and long views to the Dandenong Ranges.

The townhomes are scaled for real living — up to 183m² across three levels — with considered circulation, dual-suite options and natural light driving the internal planning. JCB’s façades work in rhythm with the street: articulated forms, restrained materiality, and variations that feel deliberate rather than decorative.

For Figurehead, Quartet continues our ongoing partnership with Pask following Edition. The focus is on clarity and control — sequencing multi-level builds, resolving interfaces, and ensuring the architectural intent holds through construction.

As part of Bankside, Quartet helps set the tone for a connected, design-led neighbourhood where architecture, landscape and daily life sit in better balance.
