Osprey is a beach-house inspired apartment project delivered by Figurehead at Martha Cove, where we led both the development and construction. This dual role enabled end-to-end control across design, delivery, and execution—ensuring clarity of vision and consistency in finish.

The team collaborated closely with a curated group of consultants to shape a coastal apartment concept tailored to the local context and end-user needs. With deep experience in multi-unit residential delivery, our construction and development teams contributed to key design and program decisions that supported long-term performance and sustainability.

Precast concrete fins were used for both structure and articulation—enhancing durability, adding visual rhythm, and reducing production costs through repetition. Solar PV and a rainwater retention system were integrated early, reflecting our commitment to environmentally responsive design and efficient operational outcomes.

Through rigorous program control and trade coordination, Osprey was delivered with a high level of finish and buildability—bringing a refined sense of coastal living to this growing waterfront precinct.
