Floret is a 77-dwelling townhouse development by Golden Age, delivered by Figurehead’s specialist townhouse delivery team at 583 Ferntree Gully Road, Glen Waverley.

The precinct includes a mix of 19 three-bedroom and 58 four-bedroom residences, spread across two and three storeys. Set on a 16,500m² site within Melbourne’s south-east growth corridor, Floret was delivered in two stages and reached completion in April 2025. Each residence features generous layouts, premium finishes, and convenient access to established schools, retail, and green space.

Delivered under a Design & Construct (D&C) model, Figurehead’s approach enabled early procurement, stakeholder alignment, and efficient on-site management—keeping the program on track through a volatile post-COVID delivery climate.

Floret marked Figurehead’s first collaboration with Golden Age and laid the groundwork for a growing relationship across future projects—including Wembley Hill and a forthcoming multi-residential build in Box Hill. The project reflects our capability in medium-density residential construction—balancing scale, quality, and community-focused outcomes.
