Piccolo House is a benchmark development that integrates retail, hospitality, commercial, and luxury multi-residential spaces into a cohesive urban form. Designed by Wood Marsh, the building features a monolithic off-form concrete structure with precision cut-outs revealing coloured reflective glass elements, drawing inspiration from the neighbouring laneway's autumnal tones.

Figurehead led the construction of this complex mixed-use development, managing the integration of multiple facilities within an active community environment. Our approach ensured the seamless delivery of the project, aligning with the architectural vision and client expectations.
