Townhomes
Hali DromanaOn the Mornington Peninsula, Hali proposes a different kind of density. Sixty-nine townhouses are arranged with the clarity of coastal modernism — rectilinear forms, exposed structure, deep eaves — but scaled to the rhythm of neighbourhood life.
Cera Stribley’s design resists the shorthand of beachside nostalgia, instead re-drawing the DNA of 1960s holiday houses into a contemporary register. Tract’s landscape softens the geometry with native planting, shared gardens and layered thresholds between private and public space.
For Figurehead, the project is a study in precision at scale: delivering medium-density housing with the same attention to detail usually reserved for one-off architecture. The result is not just another townhouse project, but a re-casting of how coastal housing can look and feel on the Peninsula.
