Edition for Samuel Property, designed by Cera Stribley Architecture, is a trio of bespoke residences where meticulous craftsmanship meets considered design. From hand-laid Krause bricks on the façade to sculptural helical staircases and sweeping curved walls inspired by the nearby Yarra River, every detail demanded precision on site.
Navigating a steep site with careful sequencing, sustainability features like energy-efficient glazing and rainwater harvesting were integrated with the rigor and attention to detail that defines our approach. Edition sets a new benchmark for luxury living in Toorak — built to last and crafted with intention.
