Edition at Bankside Rowville is a distinguished residential development delivered by Figurehead's specialist townhouse division in collaboration with Pask. This project comprises 34 double-storey townhomes, each meticulously designed to maximise natural light, promote open-plan living, and facilitate seamless indoor-outdoor connections. The architectural vision is realised by Webster Architecture, with interiors curated by SJB Interiors, and landscape design crafted by Nathan Burkett Landscape Architecture.

Constructed using robust steel frame structures, the development ensures both durability and precision. The façades are defined by vertical blades formed from iconic Krause brick, paired with linear grooves and tapered eaves that reflect the meticulous craftsmanship and refined, contemporary expression. Internally, a sophisticated palette of natural materials, including engineered oak timber flooring and natural stone, creates serene and sophisticated living spaces.

Completed in late 2025, the project has utilised our expertise in proactively managing project timelines, optimising construction methodologies, and maintaining rigorous quality control.
