Developed by Carpe Group in partnership with INT.RE Kajima Group, Derby No.32 is a collection of 32 architecturally designed residences in the heart of Collingwood. Designed by Warren and Mahoney, with interiors by Edwina Glenn, the project responds to its industrial context through a light-brick façade and a contemporary architectural language. Frontages to Cambridge, Derby and Langridge streets are designed to maximise natural light and outlook across the 811-square-metre site.

Construction is scheduled to commence in September 2026, with Figurehead appointed as builder. The project will draw on Figurehead’s extensive experience delivering high-end multi-residential developments across complex inner-city sites. Through close collaboration with the developer, consultants and trade partners, the team will translate Derby No.32’s detailed architectural vision into a refined and enduring built outcome.
