Decjuba Headquarters is a six-storey Design & Construct project that transformed an existing brutalist concrete structure into a modern, sustainable office space. The building features commercial offices, a café, parking, amenities, an inviting lobby, and rooftop terraces. Achieving a 5-star Green Star rating, Figurehead incorporated innovative materials such as green concrete, Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), and Glue-Laminated Timber (GLULAM) to create a hybrid structure that reduced the carbon footprint while enhancing thermal performance. Despite the challenges of a congested urban site, the project utilised off-site prefabrication, just-in-time deliveries, and advanced airtightness construction to ensure quality, efficiency, and minimal disruption.
