Central Park II continued a trusted partnership between Figurehead, Roulston, Buxton, Moda and PaxPM - teams aligned by a shared commitment to quality and delivery excellence.

Located on one of Melbourne’s most prestigious park-front sites, the project comprised 27 architecturally refined residences across four levels. Designed by Ewert Leaf, with landscaping by Jack Merlo, the development balanced considered materiality with enduring build quality.

Figurehead led construction with a focus on precision sequencing, risk mitigation and structural integrity, ensuring the design intent translated seamlessly into built form. From slab-on-ground through to the superstructure, every phase was carefully choreographed to maintain control, reduce waste and meet client expectations.

The project built on the success of the original Central Park development, adding to a portfolio of more than 200 homes delivered collaboratively with these partners. Central Park II exemplified Figurehead’s capability to manage complex, high-quality residential projects within constrained urban sites, with craftsmanship and rigour at its core.
