28 Greengate is the commercial centre of New Epping, Riverlee's ambitious $2 billion urban renewal project that reimagines the disused Epping landfill and quarry into a new ‘city in the suburbs’, catering to Melbourne's northern growth corridor.

Thoughtfully designed by Gray Puksand, 28 Greengate will comprise 99 office suites over 5 levels, appealing to a diverse mix of small to medium enterprises with bookable integrated conference facilities and end-of-trip amenities. A key feature of the development is the 650sqm-plus Northern Plaza, a generous landscaped space incorporating outdoor workstations and informal meeting areas. 28 Greengate will overlook Edgars Creek Reserve, 11-hectares of regenerated natural wetlands that wind through the precinct, framed by bike paths and walking trails along a 2.7km nature loop.

New Epping is projected to support a workforce of more than 7,000 people and a residential population of 6,000 with immediate proximity to the New Epping Health Hub, Pacific Epping and key transport connections.
