The Granton Brighton fuses considered design and luxury interiors in an exclusive residential development of just 35 bayside apartments.

Redefining the notion of retirement-style living, each apartment offers seamless, flowing floor plans with abundant natural light. A formal driveway entrance and timber dado corridor panelling preface luxury interiors such as 2 pac cabinetry, Caesarstone counters, Gaggenau appliances, generous balconies and fire-places in some apartments. Exclusive amenities include a cinema room, commercial kitchen, gymnasium and hydrotherapy room.

Securing the project under an early contractor involvement (ECI) engagement, Figurehead have collaborated with the client on preliminary design management processes, and continue to work through value management cost and time saving alternatives, while remaining true to the overarching integrity of the brief.

Construction is anticipated to begin July 2018, and while building along the busy main New Street precinct presents its own set of challenges, and involves managing the impact on 23 neighbours, we are thankful that all overhead power lines have been replaced underground prior to the commencement of works.

The Granton Brighton apartments are due to be completed September 2019.
