The final stage of Cedar Woods’ stunning new mixed-plan development, these contemporary town homes embody all the ideals associated with Melbourne’s leafy southeast and complete a vibrant residential community centred around picturesque parkland.
Each of the 66 double-storey town homes incorporates a brick skin façade with rendered finish and is designed to minimise occupants’ environmental footprint through the use of solar hot water units and rainwater recycling facilities. Stylishly appointed interiors feature porcelain tiles, engineered timber flooring, wool carpet, stone bench tops, frameless shower screens and pendent lighting.
Following on from our successful completion of the Wattle Apartments as part of this same development, we already had a strong understanding of the client’s vision for the project. We were able to proactively and efficiently manage several aspects of the design and planning stages including subcontracting the structural consultancy package and managing purchaser selections.
With construction commencing in March 2018, a site shared with other builders and limited time to procure trades, we’ve designed a carefully scheduled construction program to ensure we achieve multiple separate handover dates culminating in a contract completion date of June 2019.
